JaLL USA 2017 is a one-time event. The organizers have no intention of retaining your information longer than is necessary. We intend to delete the majority of your personal information after the run of the larp is complete.
We will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served to us; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Pink Dollars, LLC; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pink Dollars LLC, or the public.
The larp will be thoroughly documented, which includes taking photographs that might include any participant. Every participant will have the opportunity to review and withdraw any image of themselves from use by the organizers to educate the public about Just a Little Lovin'. JaLL USA 2017 is a sober larp. No alcohol use will be permitted at any time before the after party on the last night of the event. Illegal drug use is not permitted at any time during the event. Possession of controlled substances, with the exception of tobacco and prescribed medications, is in violation of the Code of Conduct and grounds for removal from the event.
Tobacco use will be confined to permitted outdoor areas.
The organizers are providing a moderate amount of low-alcohol beer for the after party on the last night of the event. Please do not bring any alcohol to supplement what the organizers will provide.
JaLL USA offers a no-fault refund to any participant at any point before they accept a character. For example, a person might change their mind after filling out the sign-up form, and get their deposit back.
JaLL USA 2017 offers absolutely no refunds to confirmed participants. After a participant has paid, been cast, and accepted their character there are no refunds for any reason. This includes circumstances outside of the participant's or organizers' control such as travel delays or illness.
